About Me
- OUR JOB IS TO TEACH THE STUDENTS WE HAVE. NOT THE ONES WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE. NOT THE ONES WE USED TO HAVE. THOSE WE HAVE RIGHT NOW. ALL OF THEM- DR. KEVIN MAXWELL
HELLO! MY NAME IS PASCALE CHALLITA.
I am 18 years of age, and am an aspiring primary school teacher, attending ACU. My passion for teaching began from a very young age, and I have never changed my mind about teaching ever since. Receiving an offer into the course at ACU was the greatest moment of my life. It was at this point that I knew I was one step closer to fulfilling my dreams of becoming a teacher. Many ask me why I have chosen to pursue a career in teaching, and my answer is simple. I love interacting with young children and making a difference to other's lives, which is something that not a lot of careers can offer. In 2015, as part of school sport on Thursday at my high school, I nominated to do community service at my former primary school, St. Therese's, Lakemba. I was involved in assisting the teacher in the classroom and doing simple duties such as cutting out papers and helping the children with their work. It was a wonderful experience and it gave me more reasons to love this career. I come from a Lebanese background. I am the eldest child in my family of five. When I am not working or studying, I like to listen to music, watch movies and spend quality time with family and friends. My interests include but not limited to;
Some of the things on my bucket list that I will love to do when I get the opportunity to do so include:
I look forward to graduating and becoming a qualified, professional teacher, and to assist the student's to find their passion in life. |
